Technical And Industry Experience
- Recruitment experience with strategic and high-volume searches, preferably with experience in both corporate and agency environments.
- Prior experience recruiting technical roles (eg Engineers, Project Management, Construction Management, Finance etc) and/or within the resource and energy sectors will be highly regarded.
- Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Taleo preferred.
- Knowledgeable with using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates and building talent pools.
- A passionate people person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and influence others with strong customer service orientation.
