This role typically involves a combination of technical analytical and business skills.
Responsibilities:
System Analysis and Design:
Conduct indepth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and develop detailed system specifications workflow diagrams and process maps to illustrate proposed solutions.
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and challenges.
Recommend and implement process improvements automation and system enhancements to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data sets to identify trends patterns and insights that can be used to inform decisionmaking and process improvements.
Develop and maintain relevant metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Project Management:
Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams oversee project timelines and provide regular updates to management.
Documentation and Training:
Prepare comprehensive documentation including system requirements technical specifications and user manuals (Playbooks).
Conduct training sessions for teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes.
