Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or professionals.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional and confident demeanour.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and precisely.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and proactively address issues.
