Job Description: Payroll Administrator Sage 300
- Handle endtoend payroll processing using Sage 300 software.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees.
- Maintain payroll records and data including leave balances bonuses and deductions.
- Calculate overtime allowances and other payroll components.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Manage payroll queries and resolve employees' concerns related to payroll.
- Stay updated with local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Assist in the preparation of payrollrelated tax documents and submissions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in all payrollrelated activities.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Sage 300 payroll software.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles procedures and tax regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Desired Experience:
- 13 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Experience in a similar position within the retail industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with South African labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in handling payroll for a large employee base.
Salary & Benefits:
