• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to PhD students who are working on their theses
  
• Guide students through the thesis writing process, including developing research questions, designing research studies, analyzing data, and writing the thesis
  
• Provide feedback and guidance on writing and research skills
  
• Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions on topics related to academic writing and research
  
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement programs and services that support student success
  
• Stay current with trends and best practices in academic writing and research

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant field
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic writing and research
  
• Strong writing and editing skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience providing coaching and support to students or other professionals
  
• Knowledge of academic writing styles and citation formats
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Experience developing and delivering workshops and training sessions
  
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
