• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for virtual reality applications.
  
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that VR applications meet user needs and business objectives.
  
• Create and maintain design documentation, including design specs and style guides.
  
• Stay up-to-date on emerging VR technologies and trends, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  
• Work closely with artists and developers to ensure that VR experiences are visually and technically compelling.
  
• Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and make data-driven design decisions.
  
• Work with product managers to develop user stories and prioritize design features.
  
• Advocate for the user throughout the development process.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating VR design skills.
  
• Experience with VR design tools such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
  
• Strong understanding of VR technologies and user behaviors.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to identify opportunities for innovation.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  
• Familiarity with design systems and design thinking methodologies.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
