Genius Talent has partnered with a global leader in laboratory manufacturing to hire an SAP Project Leader. A successful candidate in this full-time position will have experience in customizing, implementing, post implementation support, end user training, process design and change requests. Overall responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities

• Contribution in conceptual system and process design and implementation
• Interdepartmental coordination of information (MU, LSB, PB, GO, R&D, RO’s and IT)
• Monitoring of global business processes/workflows and organizational structure with proposals for leveraging corporate value
• Provide support for education and improvement of skills in MU, LSB, PB, GO, R&D, RO’s and SAP CC – based on power user concept.
• Documentation for IT systemcs which support local/global processes
• Project Leader or team member for SAP Rollouts to company entities
• Responsible for planning and worldwide implementation of the processes in the specific scope of the project
• Project Documentation in the specific scope of the project
• Monitoring, coordinating, and supporting the project during the phases of:
  • Start-Up
  • Detailed design and Gap-Analysis
  • Implementation (software customizing, testing, Training)
  • Go-Live-Preparation
  • Go-Live-Support
• Third Level-Support for the global SAP-Helpdesk
• Implementing of Change Request for various functions
• Assistance for organizational change for new trading-, distribution-, application-structure
• Working out release policy for new business functionalities
• Developing concepts and implementing solutions to improve the process, system, and or information flow
• Capable of working through implementation and integration scenarios for business functionalities and software
• Develop and execute training concepts

Requirements

• Project Management experience
• Must be able to fluently communicate in English
• SAP Process Knowledge
• SAP Customizing Knowledge in SD, CS
• SAP cross functional knowledge in other modules

Education & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant work experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
