Business Development Executives PH
Department: Sales and Customer Service
Location: Remotely
Employment Status: Fulltime permanent Independent Contractor
Salary: TBD
Reporting to: CS and Sales Manager


Business Development Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects to understand their needs and recommend effective products or service solutions. They assist in developing and executing sales strategies.

A successful Business Development Executives should have a strong sales background with a history of achieving sales goals consistently. The ideal candidate will be organized and passionate about client relations and focused on helping our clients solve problems.

This role may also require conducting their own first touch outbound efforts as well and will have the support of a technical team at MSW that has many collective decades of experience in the industry and will have access to experts for both personal development and sales conversations with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance through achieving individual sales goals.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential clients.
  • Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver bestinclass customer service and compliance to credit policy
  • Respond to customer questions and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Develop proposals to customers for service and large scale supply agreements in coordination with the MSW management team.
  • Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility
  • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone email social networks events etc.)

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Graduate of any businessrelated courses or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong record of sales performance in B2B environment. Packaging and/or Industrial Products a big plus.
  • Extensive working experience in similar roles in a highly competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.
  • Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in English high ability to influence.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Highly analytical and problemsolving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure independently and in a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Selfmotivated proactive creative and highly resultsoriented.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications PowerPoint/excel/word.
  • Familiarity in Zoho CRM Applications Magento 2 and Call Tracking Metrics tools is a plus.


Benefits

Work Schedule and Benefits:
  • Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time with 1hr unpaid break
  • Permanent WFH


Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. Solid experience in PPC advertising especially in Google and Amazon. Demonstrated expertise in starting PPC campaign from scratch. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive actionable insights. Can create detailed reports on the performance of every campaign. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user experience elements. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey campaign performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
