Fast & Fluid Management a unit of the IDEX Corporation (IEX) and has been the global market leader in the field of paint dispensers for over 30 years. The company is developing producing and supplying a large portfolio of high quality and innovative point of sales paint dispensing mixing & shaking equipment and software solutions for the DIY Retail and industrial markets. Fast & Fluid Management (FFM) is part of IDEX Global Dispensing and has various manufacturing and office locations across the globe developing and supplying world leading solutions to all key players in the paint and coatings industry. The European Headquarters is based in Sassenheim the Netherlands.

Tasks

To support our Team we are seeking a colleague located in Sassenheim as

Junior Account Manager Inhouse

Being the Account Manager (m/f) at Fast & Fluid you are remotely developing and sustaining solid relationships with a specific customer segment and assist us growing our market share in this segment in the Benelux DACH countries (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) UK/Ireland and Scandinavia.

Requirements

YOUR TASKS

  • As part of the international sales team you are driving sales growth within your territory with the segment customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
  • Develop and grow the sales funnel with support of the marketing sales and engineering teams.
  • Negotiation contracts and pricing and manage annual price agreements.
  • Develop and execute the market strategy to best serve target customers in the assigned countries to grow market share.
  • Prepare forecasts for internal team & stakeholders and assist with reporting requirements.
  • Review and communicate market requirements with the relevant stakeholders.

  • HBO/ HEAO (commercial orientation) or University degree.
  • Experience in account management within a technical B2B environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and develop profitable longterm winwin relationships from a distance.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Good negotiation skills and sales project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Business fluent language skills in English and German are required Dutch is preferrable other European languages are a plus.
