سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيYOUR TASKS: • Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner • Generate highest possible revenue despite complex network design and multiple air capacity providers that can considerably challenge ACS revenue generation potential • Initiate and determine interline co-operation opportunities with regional carriers to allow effective and valuable interlining opportunities. • Deliver and present commercial opportunity to allow network growth and development, using ACS as an enabler to drive network development and enhance TDI service offerings. • Regular GSA audits to review revenue targets and monitor sales performance on a monthly basis • Review allocations and support GSAs in developing / changing marketing strategy in order to maximize utilization on network flight • Optimize capacity utilization through improved density management and influencing capacity forecasting YOUR PROFILE: • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, time sensitive environment • A minimum of 15 years in Aviation, air freight or integrator industry • At least 10 years in management position • Wide experience of the DHL network and operating procedures • Well established network of GSA’s and Forwarders • Extensive knowledge of Aviation and all aspects of Air Cargo • Wide market exposure to maintain up-to-date marketing intelligence • High customer service orientation • Fluency in speaking and writing in English • Strong individual that can work independently and within a team to deliver results • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential • Strong diplomacy and persuasion ability
