Staff Security Operations Engineer

Position Name: Business Analyst

Summary:

A senior analyst role within an Asurion Technology Organization to serve as POC between various teams in the organization to ensure smooth communication in both English and Japanese, work with these teams to resolve outages/incidents, becoming owner of internal approval process for new development requests, managing scheduling and prioritization and facilitate QA testing and final acceptance for all product release cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as POC between the Global DAX team and Asurion sub-business entities to ensure smooth communication and understanding is maintained in both Japanese and English
• Work with the Japan repair operation group and the IT team in triaging and resolving outages/incident to prevent excessive outage from missing agreed Client SLAs
• Partner with Japan repair operations (GKSCM) and DAX team in providing mutually acceptable solution and track from conception to delivery
• Owner of internal approval process for all new development requests prior to submission to Relevant team GBPO for Development
• Owner of “TJKK DAX development pipeline”, managing scheduling and prioritization with PDOC for all approved TJKK DAX development projects and CI both in development and on backlog
• Work with ATK and PDOC to facility any necessary gemba level QA testing and final acceptance for all product release cycles.

Qualification:

Business experience in any of the following fields: Finance, Supply Chain, Forecasting, Call Center, Procurement, or Manufacturing/Refurbish.

• Must have understanding of system structure but not necessarily system engineering skills.
• Fully bilingual (Japanese/English)
• PM, Mediation
• Experienced Business Analyst
• Understanding of Microsoft Solution Framework
• Background in Microsoft Dynamics or call center solution is preferred but not a must
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) is desirable but not a prerequisite.
• Japanese/English Bilingual (min. TOEIC 750 and above)

WORKING HOURS:

• 9:00am - 18:00 HYBRID WORKING MODEL once a week office work is mandatory from January 2023

HOLIDAYS:

• Saturdays and Sundays and public/national holidays.

Our customers use Rooms as a single User Interface to perform different functions (like Learning, Webinars, Storage, WorkFlow, KPI management) using the same content base. It is a visual UI, to take advantage of online real-time communications with others.
