Our respected Client is a leading investment development & construction & management company with endtoend activities in the Real Estate value chain with a specific focus on warehousing and industrial assets. Due to its dynamic growth the Client is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Head of Property Management.

Tasks

  • Guarantees and organizes tenant services building and premises maintenance and tenant relationship management at each of the companys parks and buildings. This includes maximizing tenant satisfaction effective issue management maximizing service levels etc.
  • Manages opex and capex spending
  • Delivers on target service in line with tenant agreements (in close relationship with business development)
  • Sets up supplier management
  • Negotiates prices with service providers often through transparent tender procedures maximizing the cost advantages ensuring continuity of supply of materials and services to meet service levels targets and contractual obligations with tenants
  • Develops and maintains good relationships with tenants
  • Manages a team of Property Managers
  • Collaborates with other team members: Construction Director Senior PMs Control and Accounting Legal CFO Procurement Head of Business Development as well as external providers: suppliers contractors service providers consultants tenants etc.
  • Frequent status reporting activity planning reports problemsolving and issue management reporting to the management are part of this role.

Requirements

  • At least 610 years of experience in property management; preferably in commercial real estate including standalone retail buildings
  • Masters degree related to Property/Facility Management studies
  • Contract and issue management skills
  • Communication and negotiating skills
  • Fluent English language at least at a communicative level
  • Knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of financial and administrative reporting while keeping an open communication and serviceminded approach to tenants
  • Ability to set priorities and work structured and methodologically
  • Easy communicator detailoriented
  • Working in a commercial technical environment and understanding of procurement and buying processes would be an advantage.
