Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading manufacturing companies in Dammam KSA. Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi national for localization with a proven track record in financial management and investor relations possessing a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Investor Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
Communicate company performance strategy and financial results to the investment community.
Organize and participate in investor meetings conferences and roadshows.
Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the executive team and investors.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes.
Board Secretary:
Serve as the secretary for board meetings ensuring accurate recording of minutes and timely distribution.
Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings including financial reports and presentations.
Capital Market Authority/Tadawul Compliance:
Stay informed about regulatory changes and updates from the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul.
Ensure the companys compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
Financial Strategy:
Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide insights on capital structure funding options and financial risk management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field. MBA or professional finance qualification is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and investor relations.
Proven experience as a board secretary.
Familiarity with the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul regulations.
Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
