About you!

Do you have previous marketing experience and knowledge are you looking for a varied challenging and satisfying role Are you looking for a company that is focused on personal development If so this maybe the role for you. Northgate Lighting are a established lighting distributor of 17 years and have aggressive growth plans and we are looking for a professional and dynamic marketeer to join our team.


Responsibilities:

1. Market research: stay updated on industry trends consumer behavior and competitor strategies. This involves conducting market research surveys analyzing data and identifying new target markets and opportunities.

2. Advertising campaigns: You will be responsible for planning and executing effective advertising campaigns that reach the target audience and drive results via email marketing. This includes creating compelling copy monitoring campaign performance.

3. Social media: Developing and maintaining a strong social media presence is crucial in todays digital landscape. You will need to create engaging content manage social media accounts interact with customers and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.

4. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as Sales Product Development and Customer Service to coordinate marketing efforts and align strategies. This involves effective communication and collaboration to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

5. Marketing metrics: Regularly measure and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics such as return on investment (ROI) customer acquisition costs conversion rates and website traffic. By tracking and reporting on these metrics you can identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions.

6. Budgeting and financial management: responsible for managing marketing budgets. This includes allocating resources effectively tracking expenses and ensuring that marketing activities stay within budget while maximizing return on investment.

7. Brand consistency: You will play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels ensuring that messaging and visuals align with the brands values and guidelines.

8. Customer acquisition: supporting the sales team to gain new business and work with the regional teams to produce supporting campaigns to convert leads to accounts and retention.

9. Website management: working with the web development team to maintain and build awareness of our online ordering portal.


Skills Required:

Creativity: The ability to think outside the box and come up with unique and innovative marketing ideas and campaigns is essential. Being able to generate fresh and engaging content that captures the attention of the target audience is crucial for success in this role.

Techsavvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools platforms and analytics is important. Experience with SEO Google Analytics social media management platforms email marketing software and other relevant technologies will be beneficial in executing effective marketing strategies.

Dynamic: The marketing landscape is constantly changing so being able to adapt to new technologies platforms and trends is crucial. Being open to learning new skills and staying uptodate with the latest marketing practices is necessary for success in this role.

Project management skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is important. Being organized detailoriented and able to handle pressure in a fastpaced environment will help ensure successful campaign execution.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills: Being able to interpret data analyze campaign performance identify trends and make datadriven decisions is crucial. A strong analytical mindset allows for continuous improvement and optimization of marketing strategies.

Customeroriented mindset: Understanding and empathizing with the target audience is essential for delivering effective marketing campaigns.
