سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكتروني• To answer the telephone calls andto keep a track of the in house activities like giving informationregarding the availability of the rooms and making reservationsbased on it • To give outstanding services to theguests that have checked in and greet them in a friendly manner andinteract with them in a positive way • Tomaintain up to date knowledge on the current services that arebeing offered and make sure that this information is conveyed tothe customers in an effective way • To ensurethat the rooms have been allocated properly, hand over the keys tothem and ensure that all the registration and check in procedureshave been followed as per the givenstandards • To enter all the relevant guestrelated information, so that it can be retrieved in case there is arequirement, and to maintain and update the accounts and post themaccurately • To practice safety standards andensure that all the house keeping work is carried out in a propermanner like maintaining the rooms, cleaning of the rooms,etc
