Risk Specialist

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading manufacturing companies in Dammam KSA. Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their team as a Risk Specialist. As a Risk Officer you will be responsible for assessing managing and mitigating organizational risks as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally the candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the risk reporting process and presenting findings to the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and manage organizational risks including identification analysis and mitigation strategies.

Develop and implement risk management policies procedures and frameworks.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management.

Facilitate the risk reporting process and present findings to the board of directors.

Requirements

Relevant educational background and certifications in risk management or related field.

Proven experience in risk management within the manufacturing/industrial field.

Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and assess risks effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
