The role holder will primarily be responsible for managing the diaries and travel of the senior Executives in addition to offering general support to the Executives and to the Business Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Vice President and other senior executives diaries appointments and travel arrangements (in line with internal policy);
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings and follow up on required action items as required;
- Assisting with the Vice President and other senior executives expense claims in line with Policy;
- Deputise for and support the Executive Administrators and Business Support Manager as required.
- The role holder may be required to carry out additional duties within their skills experience and capability.
Requirements
Business Expertise
- Excellent knowledge & experience of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in the English language (written and spoken)
Education
- High School or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 57 years experience in similar role working with senior leaders preferably in a multinational organisation
