الوصف الوظيفي
Attends various meetings as required. Provides work progress reports to the Operations Manager on a monthly basis. Supervises all MEP subcontractors. Liaises with client/consultant to obtain materials approval and site installation approval. Coordinates the work of subcontractors working during the project. Coordinates with the main contractor and other sub-contractors working on various phases of the project. Tracks all relevant bid summary, RFQ, LPO, PDC, L/C, etc. Supervises the construction team during the various stages of construction and corrects deficiencies, if any. Monitors and controls the progress of work to complete it within the allocated time and resources. Applies engineering principles during various project phases.
