Project Manager

Scope:

One of our fintech clients in Karachi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management using the Scrum framework. They will collaborate with crossfunctional teams facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Scrum methodology Implementation: Implement and maintain Scrum principles and practices within project teams. Guide and coach teams on Scrum values practices and rules to ensure effective delivery.
  
• Project planning and Execution: Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables. Develop project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans.
  
• Team Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives. Foster collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project objectives.
  
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Proactively address impediments to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions as necessary.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders providing regular project updates and status reports and ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Encourage a culture of learning adaptability and innovation to enhance team performance and delivery.
  

Requirements

• Should have a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or related field.
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications preferred.
  
• Proven experience 5 years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum Kanban etc.).
  
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional fastpaced environment.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
  
• Experience in software development or IT projects.
  
• Familiarity with Jira and other Agile project management tools.
  
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget using Agile practices.
