Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Clients/System Integrators/Partners.
Cultivate and nurture longterm relationships with customers and partners.
Increase brand awareness and drive sales through strategic initiatives.
Identify and develop vertical markets and key accounts including government health education transportation retail and hospitality sectors.
Collaborate with consultants to drive business development for ongoing and future projects.
Provide technical advice and support to clients and partners.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the delivery of effective security solutions.
Tailor and conduct presentations to clients and partners showcasing the benefits of our security solutions.
Develop and negotiate contracts closing business deals in collaboration with the legal team.
Implement the sales and marketing plan to meet business objectives.
Drive initiatives to enhance market penetration and achieve sales targets.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a salesdriven position within the security industry.
Familiarity with the Saudi market is essential.
Engineering background with a strong understanding of security solutions.
Solid network with key customers in the security industry.
Strong sales skills including prospecting presenting and closing deals.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
