Agile Coach (m/f/d)
THIS IS USAt Oetker Digital we partner with the Oetker Group companies to define what digital transformation means and to develop projects products and ventures together so that they can unlock their digital future. We support many beloved brands such as Dr. Oetker Radeberger and Coppenrath & Wiese.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Work closely with our crossfunctional product and nonproduct teams
- Advise teams in the selection of suitable (agile) methodologies and guide through the required setup and process
- Actively promote and teach an agile mindset and principles individually on team level and in the organization as a whole
- #get things done facilitate Scrum meetings design and moderate related (team) workshops
- Identify blockers and work out solutions together with the teams to continuously improve processes and increase team spirit/team health
- Be an ambassador and good advisor to Dr Oetker understand the different stakeholders needs and find appropriate tools and solutions
- Active support of internal knowledgesharing formats and initiatives to create synergies across products
Requirements
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Several years experience as an Agile Coach Systemic Coach or Trainer Organisationsentwicklung
- Experience in working with interdisciplinary diverse teams and a high level of empathy
- The ability and a positive attitude towards managing change
- Strong communication and moderation skills as well as an analytical mindset always keeping a holistic view on things
- You are experienced in designing and facilitating workshops on a team and leadership level in accordance with the respective team dynamics
- You are able to motivate and push teams (product and nonproduct) despite challenging
- Fluent in German and English
