SUMMARY
The main mission of the Supervisor is to plan organize and control the work of a team of a Capago visa application center.
The Supervisor works in close collaboration with the operations manager of the branch to ensure the proper execution of the specifications and the expected quality of service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Operation Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Supervising all branch daily operations by :
- Defining and applying the staff schedule;
- Transmitting the instructions and requirements of the represented consulate and ensuring their application;
- Ensuring the proper application of internal procedures and policies;
- Being in constant support of the team;
- Solving problems independently and ensuring good continuity of operations;
- Handling customer complaints and feedback.
- Managing the liaison and relationship with the represented consulate / embassy when the Operations Manager is absent ;
- Guaranteeing the performances of the employees by :
- Monitoring and communicating operational key performance indicators;
- Preparing and leading team meetings;
- Guaranteeing the good organization of the teams in order to optimize operational efficiency;
- Guaranteeing the satisfaction of applicants and the smooth running of visa application submissions;
- Ensuring the wellbeing of operational teams :
- Reporting to the Operations Manager any issues that may affect employees.
