• We are looking for a Sushi chef available for an immediate start for our Team of 3.
  
• Work within an open kitchen setup leading the sushi section ( stand alone position ) of a 150 covers lunch & dinner service
  
• Skills required: sushi preparation from scratch mise en place precise fileting plating
  
• Quick tidy and exceptional customer service skills essential
  
• Starting date: Immediate

Requirements

1. Experience: 45 years of demonstrated experience as a Sushi Chef in reputable dining establishments as a Stand alone chef and with a Team.
   
2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques Japanese culinary knowledge and menu development skills.
   
3. Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team environment supporting and guiding colleagues.
   
4. Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining high standards in ingredient selection dish presentation and taste.
   
5. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory ensure hygiene standards and streamline operations.
   
6. Communication: Fluent in English; additional language skills especially German are advantageous.
