As an integral part of our mission to enhance workforce flexibility and efficiency you will utilize your recruiting expertise to drive talent acquisition build Abras user base and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Profile Creation:
- Utilize your recruiting background to attract talent encouraging them to create profiles on Abras proprietary marketplace.
- Cultivate relationships with Healthcare IT professionals through networking on niche platforms (e.g. Stack Overflow Github) and traditional channels like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Market Liaison:
- Act as a bridge between Abra and Healthcare IT industry talent effectively communicating our value proposition and vision to the marketplace.
- Employ modern sourcing technologies such as automation drip campaigns and saved Google alerts to enhance outreach strategies.
- Engagement and Outreach:
- Craft personalized emails introducing Abra and highlighting current job openings to engage passive candidates.
- Implement creative and effective strategies to connect with potential talent showcasing Abras unique advantages.
- Recruitment:
- Execute traditional recruiting and placement processes for clients as needed.
- Qualify both hard and soft skills of potential candidates when recruiting for clients providing insightful assessments to aid decisionmaking.
- Feedback and Communication:
- Connect with Abra users sharing success stories and areas for improvement with company leadership.
