• Provide engineering leadership and direction to improve our products services team and customers to guarantee effective management of missioncritical systems.
  

• Cooperate with the Engineering Lead Product Lead and General Manager.
  

• Server architecture management.
  

• Manage daily infrastructure demands including capacity management resilience and availability.
  

• Production deployment.
  

• Establish and oversee a worldclass endtoend application delivery and hosting platform.
  

• Maintain and strengthen a culture of superior practices.
  

• Responsible for security management overall cybersecurity strategy to ensure high level cloud security posture
  

• Data Protection Officer ISO certification management
  

• Build reports from disparate sources for the management team
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Software Engineering or any related field.
  

• 4 years of experience working in Ruby on Rails.
  

• Proven track record of working experience in a DevOps role with certification in AWS Solution Architecture.
  

• Expertise in web development Padrino framework MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
  

• Solid understanding of objectoriented programming principles and design patterns.
  

• Builder of scalable efficient and maintainable architectures.
  

• Experienced in developing features at a highgrowth SaaS company.
  

• Strong coding skills with a solid background and experience in programming.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
