Role Overview:

As a Marketplace Operations Associate your role would involve managing and optimizing various aspects of the companys marketplace operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing vendor relationships: Collaborating with vendors suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations timely product delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.

2. Inventory management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels forecasting demand and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure the availability of products or services.

3. Order processing and fulfillment: Overseeing the endtoend order fulfillment process including order placement tracking and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

4. Quality control: Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure that products or services meet the companys standards and customer expectations.

5. Marketplace optimization: Analyzing marketplace data and metrics to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement. Implementing strategies to enhance product visibility sales performance and customer satisfaction.

6. Customer support: Assisting customers with inquiries order updates and addressing any concerns or issues related to marketplace transactions.

7. Crossfunctional collaboration: Collaborating with various teams such as marketing sales and product development to align marketplace operations with broader business goals and initiatives.

8. Compliance and documentation: Ensuring compliance with marketplace policies regulations and legal requirements. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to vendor agreements transactions and operational processes.

9. Continuous improvement: Proactively identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency reduce costs and optimize workflows.

10. Reporting and analytics: Generating regular reports and providing insights on marketplace performance key metrics and trends to support datadriven decisionmaking.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.

2. 12 years of experience in the marketplace and operations.

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data insights to make informed decisions.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Excellent ProblemSolving.

6. Able to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges in a dynamic marketplace environment.
