Qualification : Graduate (Post-graduation will be a plus)
Handle consumer care, build and nurture service partner network across India
- Manage omnichannel customer interactions
- Manage inbound, outbound - calls, emails, chats
- Respond to customer service queries and complaints
- Respond to social media queries and complaints
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Communicate and engage with relevant third parties from the suply chain where a resolution is required
