Your tasks are...
Campaign Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies and a commercial plan across various existing and new channels including but not limited to paid and organic search paid social and display.
• Collaborate with your team and oversee as well as optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPMQL CPA and conversion rates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the team is at the forefront of innovative marketing approaches acquiring new leads within the Digital and IT market.Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers providing guidance feedback and support to foster professional growth and development.
• Coordinate team activities set performance targets and ensure the team is aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
• Foster a data driven and knowledge sharing culture and a culture of creative growth opportunities and evaluating their impact on the business in the team

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance identify trends and make datadriven recommendations for optimization.
• Run A/B Tests together with our Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager performance team and Sales team
• Optimize tracking and attribution with BI Sales Ops and performance team and other BUs
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders highlighting key insights achievements and areas for improvement.Collaboration:
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales creative analytics marketing & communications CRM and product teams to ensure integrated marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Collaborate and lead external agencies to leverage their expertise and enhance campaign performance.Budget Management:
• Develop and manage performance marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and track expenditures providing regular budget reports to leadership.

Your Skills

• You have several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on driving measurable results.
• Leadership experience including managing and mentoring a team of performance marketers.
• Indepth knowledge of various performance marketing channels and platforms with handson experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Resultsoriented and metricsdriven.
• Analytically strong.
• Solid technical understanding.
• Be able to think with numbers build assumptions and test cases.
• Able to clearly communicate goals and inspire others in the team.
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Masters degree is a plus.

Nice to have

• Practical experience and knowledge of performance marketing tools/channels (e.g. Facebook Business Manager Google Adwords Google Analytics LinkedIn Ads etc.)
• Understanding on how to use Hubspot and Tableau
• Strong understanding of digital channels and their users preferably lead generation experience
