• Manager and take responsibility of the department and make sure everything is running Efficiently.
  
• Ensure that all nursing care is done correct for each patient by the Nursing staff.
  
• Make sure all practice and standards are kept.
  

Requirements

• Be registered with NMBI
  
• Preferably have a post registration qualification in management.
  
• Preferably have a post registration qualification in nursing older people.
  
• At least 5 years experience preferably in a Nursing Home setting.
