The senior account manager's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
The candidate should have strong communication, customer service, and account management skills and be highly organized and accomplished at solving problems and closing deals.
It's expected that ideal candidates:
• Have at least 6-8 years of IT sales experience dealing with end-users
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or any related degree to IT
• Have Working experience in the following: IT infrastructure, DELL Products, networking, or system Integration, Data Backup, Virtualization, Video conferencing ... etc
• Are dynamic, driven, and proactive
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have a friendly, fun, and professional manner
• Have solid experience with CRM software.
• Have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills/abilities.
• Have an excellent command of the English language.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
