Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Website Development Leader to join our team. As a key figure in our organization you will be instrumental in guiding our web development efforts ensuring the security and performance of our websites.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in WordPress as a core Content Management System (CMS) and a proficiency in leveraging AWS for hosting solutions. Collaboration with marketing teams is integral to this role emphasizing the importance of aligning technical expertise with marketing strategies.

This position requires both leadership and a handson approach providing the opportunity to be involved in daytoday development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of highquality web solutions.

WordPress Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in designing developing and maintaining websites using WordPress as the core CMS.

Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends features and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security.

AWS Hosting:

Manage and optimize website hosting infrastructure on AWS ensuring scalability reliability and security.

Implement and maintain best practices for cloudbased hosting solutions.

Security Focus:

Prioritize and implement robust security measures for all web assets ensuring the protection of sensitive data and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration with Marketing Teams:

Work closely with marketing teams to understand their objectives and align website development strategies with marketing campaigns.

Translate marketing requirements into technical specifications and provide insights on leveraging web technologies to enhance marketing efforts.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of errorfree and visually appealing websites.

Technical Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading website development teams.

Indepth knowledge of WordPress CMS and proficiency in custom theme and plugin development.

Strong expertise in utilizing AWS services for web hosting.

Familiarity with security best practices including SSL implementation firewalls and malware detection.

Experience working collaboratively with marketing teams to achieve business goals.

PHP MySQL domain management NS & DNS experience is an advantage.

Nginx or Apache experience is desirable.
