Tasks

• Organizing business development initiatives
• Conducting research about industry trends
• Supporting the financial planning of the company
• Preparing new customer and partnership agreements
• Aligning on our monthly bookkeeping with our accountant
• Helping to recruit the right talent to expand our team
• Setting up organizational development projects

Requirements

• Degree in a businessrelated field or currently in the final stages of completing studies
• Exceptional communication skills in both German and English facilitating effective collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders
• Proven track record of successful internships in both consulting and startup environments providing valuable insights into diverse business operations
• Proficiency in HubSpot
• Strong ability to work independently coupled with a meticulous focus on detail in all tasks
• Enthusiastic about gaining handson experience across various business areas to broaden expertise and contribute to organizational success
