Remote Exploration Consultant

This is a remote position.

As a Remote Exploration Consultant you will be at the forefront of crafting extraordinary travel experiences for adventurers seeking unique and offthebeatenpath journeys. This role requires a passion for exploration a deep knowledge of diverse destinations and the ability to design custom itineraries that cater to the spirit of adventure. Working remotely you will collaborate with clients to curate personalized exploration experiences that go beyond traditional travel boundaries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Consultation:**

Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their adventure preferences interests and exploration goals.

Collaborate closely to curate personalized itineraries that align with the clients spirit of exploration.

2. **Destination Expertise:**

Stay informed about global travel destinations emerging adventure trends and unique exploration opportunities.

Provide expert advice on suitable destinations and offthebeatenpath experiences.

3. **Adventure Activity Coordination:**

Design exploration itineraries that include a range of adventure activities such as hiking trekking wildlife encounters and cultural immersions.

Coordinate with local partners to ensure the availability and safety of adventure experiences.

4. **Logistics and Coordination:**

Manage all logistical aspects of travel including transportation accommodation and access to adventure sites.

Coordinate with local guides and experts to ensure a seamless exploration experience.

5. **Safety and Risk Management:**

Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with adventurous activities.

Provide clients with thorough safety guidelines and emergency procedures.

6. **Budget Management:**

Work within client budgets to create costeffective yet thrilling exploration experiences.

Negotiate deals with adventure operators and accommodations to optimize costs.

7. **Documentation and Presentation:**

Prepare visually appealing and detailed travel proposals and itineraries.

Develop presentations that showcase the exploration and adventure elements of proposed journeys.

8. **Client Communication:**

Maintain clear and regular communication with clients throughout the planning process and during travel.

Provide updates address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in adventure travel planning with a focus on exploration and offthebeatenpath experiences is advantageous.

Strong knowledge of global adventure destinations outdoor activities and adventure travel trends is advantageous.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in travel booking platforms and relevant software.

Wilderness first aid or relevant safety certifications are advantageous.

Ability to work independently and remotely.
