• Monitor and manage day to day performance against KPIs
• Set clear team goals and KPIs / Monitor team performance
• Motivate team members and create a healthy working atmosphere
• Discover training needs and provide coaching Motivate team members and create a healthy working atmosphere
• Identify and Report Opportunities of improvement at process level
• Assisting Executives with difficult cases guiding them through difficult issues

Qualification

• Any Bachelors Degree
• Min 6 months to 1 year of ORM Experience in a Team Leader role
• Proficient with MS Office and ORM tools
• Strong coaching and leadership skills ability to motivate employees
• Strong problemsolving ability and analytical skills
