SAP Project Manager - Oilfield Services - Egypt

We are working with an International Oilfield Services who is looking for SAP Project Manager to be based in Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend implementation of SAP projects within the oil and gas industry including project planning resource allocation budgeting and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders technical experts and thirdparty vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project charters schedules status reports and change management plans.
• Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and take proactive measures to keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage communication channels to ensure project transparency and alignment.
• Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance processes including system testing user acceptance testing and postimplementation reviews.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends SAP best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience as a project manager leading SAP implementation projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP SAP S/4HANA SAP PM SAP MM or SAP QM with a deep understanding of their integration and customization capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex multiphased projects adhering to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
