One of our esteemed clients in the shipbuilding industry is currently seeking an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist for immediate joining to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:
As an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in the Human Resources department for a period of 12 months. Your responsibilities will include attracting evaluating and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This position demands a strategic approach to talent acquisition effective communication skills and adaptability to diverse hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  2. Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates.
    • Build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
  3. Screening and Evaluation:

    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume reviews and interviews.
    • Evaluate candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit with the organization.
  4. Employer Branding:

    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand.
    • Represent the organization positively to prospective candidates.
  5. Coordination and Communication:

    • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  6. Onboarding Support:

    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    • Conduct onboarding activities to help integrate new employees into the organization.
  7. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies candidate evaluation and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Additional Requirements:
  • Commitment to a 12month interim role.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and organizational priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and crossfunctional teams.
