Software Quality Assurance Team Lead

• Lead a team of QA Automation Engineers providing guidance mentorship and support to team members.
  
• Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy including selecting appropriate tools and frameworks.
  
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define test strategies test plans and test cases for both new and existing features.
  
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using testing tools and programming languages such as Selenium Appium Java Python or others as appropriate.
  
• Oversee the execution of automated test suites and monitor test results identifying and reporting defects.
  
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure ongoing and automated regression testing.
  
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to test automation effectiveness and product quality.
  
• Provide training and mentorship to team members ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and other QA team members to drive quality across the development lifecycle.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases test plans and automation scripts.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to test automation.
  

Requirements

• Master s or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in QA Automation with a strong understanding of software testing principles.
  
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
