Must Haves:

• Possess and maintain a U.S. TOP SECRET Personnel Security Clearance with SCI
  
• CI Polygraph within the last 5 years
  
• 4 years of applicable Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Contract Program
  
• Security Officer (CPSO) experience working with the Defense Counterintelligence
  
• Security Agency (DCSA) and other government agencies across the IC.
  
• Bachelor s degree (or applicable experience).
  
• Current FSO Certification for Possessing Facilities.
  
• Working knowledge of NISS and DISS (NBIS) government systems.
  
• Working knowledge of processing via Talon.
  
• As the CPSO provides sound guidance to Customercleared employees based on the
  
• requirements under 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule Intelligence Community Directives and any other customer regulations regarding personnel and security reporting requirements.
  
• Working knowledge of applicable federal laws Presidential Directives Executive
  
• Orders Intelligence Community Directives and 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule.
  
• Full competency of MS Office.
  
• Ability to travel in the DC Metro area with (75% travel throughout northern Virginia:
  
• 25% travel to other domestic locations). Limit remote opportunities.
