Visa Processing Officer

Review visa applications verify supporting visa documents and ensure applicants meet the requirements for the visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
  
• Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.
  
• Updating and maintaining databases archives and filing systems.
  
• Responsible for assisting those applicants who have submitted their visa applications through our firm.
  
• Verifies and logs receipt of data
  
• Generating and exporting data reports spreadsheets and documents as needed
  
• Prepares compiles and sorts documents for application data entry
  
• Maintain accurate records of visa applications and clients documents
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
  
• Must be efficient in pressure handling and meeting deadlines
  
• Provide clear explanations to applicants regarding visa requirements and procedures.
  
• Have skills to manage a high volume of visa applications efficiently.
  
• Must give attention to detail
