ISP Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ISP Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the ISP for link down issues recharge network issues data management reports and other related tasks. The ISP Executive will work closely with the NOC team to ensure the smooth operation of the network and the delivery of highquality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the ISP for link down issues recharge network issues and other related tasks.

Ensure the timely resolution of network issues and maintain a high level of network uptime.

Manage and maintain accurate data on network performance and usage.

Generate reports and provide regular updates to the management team on network performance and usage.

Work closely with the telecom team to ensure the smooth operation of the network and the delivery of highquality services to our customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the ISP and other stakeholders in the telecom industry.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Telecommunications or a related field.

At least 23 years of experience in ISP coordination or a similar role in the telecom industry.

Strong knowledge of network technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP DHCP DNS and VPN.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required.

Knowledge of telecom billing and recharge processes is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
