As a
PRODUCT OWNER
you report directly to the CPO and are also in close contact with the Management Team.

• You have a track record of creatively solving complex problems within in the FinTech environment.
• You have a strong sense of user empathy. As a result you envision features that truly improve the user experience or make financial services more accessible. On the other hand you also incorporate customer feedback.
• You have the ability to respond agile to changes in technology regulations or market trends and can imagine new opportunities in the rapidly changing FinTech landscape. This comes with a willingness to continuously learn.
• You can foster an environment where developers designers marketers and other stakeholders can contribute their unique perspectives to create a wellrounded and innovative product.
• You understand the product development cycle of iterations writing specification writing how to test and roll out new features.
• You understand the importance of a datadriven approach means and how it influences product improvement.
• You can imagine the risks that exist in the consumer finance industry and how they can be mitigated in innovative ways.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience as a Product Owner ideally in a FinTech startup.
• You have a degree in Computer Science Business Informatics (Bachelor) or comparable education and relevant work experience in the field of webbased collaboration platforms.
• You have a broad understanding of and interest in technical topics.
• You have a strong analytical mind and are able to grasp things quickly.
• You are business fluent in English and ideally also in German.
