4Sight Search Solutions is currently recruiting a Warehouse Associate for a successful and growing specialty coffee retailer / distributor in Milton. This is an entry level position but a great opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and a desire to work in a fun and collaborative environment.
The job duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Working independently to both pick and ship orders
- Roasting and bagging of various coffee products
- Assisting with the organizing and cleaning warehouse
- Adherence to all safety processes
- General help with other tasks as required
Requirements
- Desire to work in a small warehouse setting in an unique and specialized industry
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (not repetitive or constant)
- Ability to work fulltime 40 hours per week
- Demonstrable work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
Benefits
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm. Overtime is a possibility.
Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour
Benefits: Available after 3 months
Vacation: 2 weeks during the first year. 3 weeks after first year.
