Schedule: FullTime (5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays).
Same schedule every week 2 consecutive weekdays off.

They’re seeking a passionate clientfocused individual ready to dive into the world of design and flooring.
Position Overview:
Working in a stateoftheart industryleading showroom the Showroom Design & Sales Associate will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by offering product insights assisting with design selections and ensuring the showroom remains inviting and organized. In this role you will build and manage client accounts by coordinating projects and order followups ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Starting in November 2024.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary monthly commissions and quarterly bonus. $60000 $67500 total earnings once fully ramped up.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Interaction: Greet walkin and appointment clients and understand their project needs offering product recommendations that align with their design vision.
- Order Management: Process client orders collaborate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and manage followup communications for a seamless customer journey.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with contractors designers and retail clients to support ongoing sales and project success.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain familiarity with the company’s range of tiles flooring and other design materials to offer informed guidance. Our client provides extensive training including a twoweek onboarding program product seminars and opportunities for selfstudy.
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain the showroom in top condition ensuring it is organized and visually appealing to elevate the client experience and leave a lasting impression.
Qualifications
- 13 years in a clientfacing position; experience in a showroom or designrelated environment is a strong asset.
- Experience education or passion for Design Fashion Art or Architecture is a strong asset.
- Exposure to the flooring industry is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication relationship building and problemsolving skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for continuous learning.
