Work with payroll providers for monthly payroll preparation

Collaborate on identifying hiring needs
Support in managing the employment life cycle

Assist in designing and organizing training
Support performance review and promotion exercises
Communications
Assist in communicating organizational policies
Present information to stakeholders
Participate in meetings and training sessions
Requirements Bachelor s degree in business administration human resources or a relevant field
years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
Good understanding of the full recruitment process
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & Romanian
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel)
Ability to work independently and in team
