Key Responsibilities

• Provide personcentered care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery
  
• Collaborate with a team of Registered Nurses trained Health Care Assistants and Life Skills Facilitators to deliver holistic care
  
• Encourage selfdevelopment selfconfidence and improved emotional wellbeing among residents
  
• Implement and oversee care plans ensuring individualized support for each resident
  
• Monitor and assess residents health responding to their evolving needs
  
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a supportive and empowering environment
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN
  
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  
• Passion for personcentered care and rehabilitation
