Crew Chief

Nationally recognized Restoration and Mitigation Company has position available for a Water Damage Crew Chief.
The Crew Chief coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clear expectations to production technicians.
• Supervise production technicians activities.
• Coordinate and performs production processes as scheduled and ensures quality control.
• Always follows and oversees safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
• Documents a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Coaching and training of production technicians.
• Communicates with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Other tasks/duties required by employer.

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising water damage technicians.
• At least 2 years experience in the Restoration Industry.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• High school diploma/GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
