Position Summary a chief executive officers primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions managing the overall operations and resources of a company acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors or higher Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments and needs
- Real estate background experience (not less than years)
- Excellent written/spoken communication skills (English / Arabic)
- Solutiondriven individual and Proactive in reporting
- Proven negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with diverse business functions

- High economic and analytical skills
Chief Executive Officer Job Duties
- Develop highquality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with shortterm and longterm objectives
- Oversee all the business operations internally and externally to ensure their consistency and alignment with the current strategy
- Work on the development of five internal divisions (Sales / Property Management / Development / Marketing and Valuation)
- Create and proffer the developmental plan for each division to the board of directors within a predefined submission timeline
- Focus on the creation of the plans generally to present it to the Board and take the approval for the execution and followup process
- Concentrate on increasing the revenue for each department concurrently with maintaining the cost expenses as much as possible
- Review all the financial / nonfinancial reports regularly and devise improved solutions upon requirement
- Work with the executives to determine values and mission and plan for short and longterm goals
- Work on the organizations budget and present the amended plan to the board of directors
- Issue minutes of meeting (MOM) to every meeting held by the Board of Directors
- Perform an overall restructure of the organization 
- Analyze problematic situations and provide wise solutions and decisions
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the market and industry of the organization
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and inhouse policies to maintain the organizations legality and business ethics
