- Responsibilities: Lead a team of Engineers to develop and enhance the company's marketing platform using machine learning.
- Key tasks: Participate in the technical design, development, implementation, and support of web stack and machine learning applications. Collaborate with the product management team to achieve business goals. Serve as a technical domain expert in machine learning, data processing, and data serving architectural design decisions. Manage high-performing teams.
- Requirements: Experience in leading teams building products based on machine learning. 3 years of industry experience using ML to solve real-world problems with large datasets. Track record of building reliable, high-uptime systems. Ability to translate business needs into scoped ML projects. Excitement for new technologies.
- Scale: The company's production cluster contains over 9,000 containers which serve 170+ services. Their streaming services process over 28 billion events per month.

- Salary: The standard base salary range for this position is $199,200 to $298800 annually. This position is also eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
