Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Location: Nebraska

Job Type: Full-Time (36 hrs/wk) and Part-Time (24 hrs/wk) positions available

Work Hours:

• Full-Time: 8/12 hr shifts, start/stop times may change as department needs change, weekday, weekend, and holiday call requirements
• Part-Time: 8 hr shifts, days per week, based on shift

Job Description: As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures.

• Circulate and scrub in all surgical cases
• Perform thorough patient assessments
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills in the operating room
• Organize and prioritize the needs of patients and the surgical team
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current Nebraska RN license
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Operating Room (OR) experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right dynamic candidate
• New graduates with a passion for surgical nursing are welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and department needs
