We are in search of a dedicated Claims Adjuster for one of our premier clients in the region. As a Claims Adjuster, you will play a vital role in investigating and settling insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include:

- Investigating insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
- Collecting and evaluating claim-related information, including interviews and documents.
- Calculating claim settlements and negotiating with claimants.
- Communicating with policyholders, agents, and legal representatives.
- Documenting claims activities and decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and claim resolution.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- State-issued claims adjuster license.
- Proven experience as a claims adjuster.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management. Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Insurance licenses and certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
